Go to https://www.bystadium.com/ and click the drop-down arrow next to Catalog.

From the options, click on SWAG CATALOG.

In the sidebar menu, locate and click on " Shop Swag" to access your swag page.

Navigate to Swag

On your Swag page, click "PURCHASE SWAG."

Click the flag icon in the store

Select the country where you want the swag to be shipped.

Browse through the available swag items.

Use the search bar for a quick search or filter items by category.

You may use filters or sort items by price or featured list.

You can also request help from our swag experts for project ideation, item sourcing requests, and timeline checks.

Pay attention to the minimum order quantities for each swag item

To easily find the Bulk Swag items, click on the ORDER QUANTITY filter.

From the options, you can use the "Buy In Bulk" filter.

Explore available colors and view product mockups

Check the size guide (if applicable)

View available sizes

Review detailed product information

See available decoration methods

Check product pricing and applicable discount rates

To check the mock-ups for each color, click on the color and hover your mouse over the mock-up to check the details.

Some items will have a preview on each side (e.g., back and front). Just click on the side you wish to check to see the mockup.

If a size is out of stock, it will appear faded, and you won't be able to enter a quantity in the box.

For some customizable swag, find information about imprint type, imprint area, and imprint location in the Product Information or Decoration Method.

Some products offer discounted rates for larger quantities.

Scroll to the bottom of the product details to see the price chart.

Prices adjust based on the quantity you enter.

For Pre-Designed Items (My Design Swag Category), enter the quantity and then click ADD TO BAG.

Your Pre-Designed item will be added immediately.

For any blank swag items, you’ll be prompted to customize the item.

You can upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.

Once done, click on "I am authorized to use this logo."

If you have brand guidelines or any specific design specifications, you have the option to upload a PDF for our team's reference. This will help maintain brand consistency in the mock-ups.

In the field labeled Preferred Decoration Method, enter how you'd like your logo applied.
Example:
​Embroidery, screen print, DTF

In the field labeled Logo Placement, indicate where the logo should appear on the item.
Example:
​Left chest, center, back center

Use the Notes to the design team field to provide extra details such as:

Once all fields are complete, click the ADD TO BAG button in the bottom right corner to save your custom item.

Once done, the item will now be added to your bag.

Click VIEW BAG if you wish to proceed to checkout,
or click the “X” icon on the pop-up to return to the catalog and continue shopping.

Once you are satisfied with the items you added to your cart, just click the bag icon to proceed to checkout.

Edit Item – Click the ✏️ icon to update item details (size, quantity, etc.).

Edit Customization – Click “EDIT CUSTOMIZATION” to change logo or decoration notes.

Delete Item – Click the 🗑️ icon to remove a single item.

Remove All – Click “REMOVE ALL” to clear your entire cart.

Note – Read the note information carefully regarding the mockup and production timeline before you proceed to checkout.

Checkout – Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when you're ready to place the order.

If you are planning to use the swag items for your swag kit or store them at our warehouse for distribution, you will have to choose "Stadium Warehouse" for the address.

If you want the bulk swag to be sent directly to a specific location, choose New Address to add the address.

Once the address is added, click "CONTINUE."

Select STANDARD DELIVERY for regular delivery, or SELECT A DATE to choose a specific Express or Rush delivery date.

Once done, click CONTINUE to proceed.

Express: Choose Express for the fastest production and shipping option. Additional fees apply.

Rush: Choose Rush for an expedited timeline with an additional fee.

Standard: Choose Standard for the regular production timeline with free shipping and production.

Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.

Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Select a payment method from the options available or add a new payment method if needed.

Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Scroll down and add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.

You also have the option to add a billing note if needed.

Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Locate the “Add Order Note (Optional)” section.

Click inside the text box labeled “Anything else we need to know about the order.”

Enter any additional information, such as:

After entering your note, click the “ADD” button to save it.

If no additional information is needed, you can leave this section blank since it is optional.

Click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.

You can download your receipt and note down your order number for reference.

After placing your order, go to your Swag page.

Navigate to the SAVED DESIGNS or ALL tab to find your order.

Your mock-up status will initially show as "IN DESIGN", indicating that our team is working on your design.

Once your mock-ups are ready, the status will update.

You’ll also receive an automated email notification once your mock-ups are available for review.

Click on the image of your swag item to view the mock-up details.

Hover your mouse on the image to zoom in on the details.

On the right, you can also check the product details.

If you're happy with the design, click APPROVE DESIGN to finalize it.

If changes are needed, click REQUEST CHANGES and provide specific feedback.

Once approved, the mock-up status will change to "DESIGN READY", and production will begin.

To access more options, click on the three dots (…) next to each collection.

Changes cannot be made after approval once the order enters production.

If you need to update a design after approval, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via:

If production has already started, we will not be able to modify the design.

If you have sent out the items to our US warehouse, you can monitor the progress of your order through your Stadium LOCKER INVENTORY dashboard.

If you have decided to send the swag items to our warehouse, you will be able to see them added to your Stadium Locker. Please note that the Stadium Locker feature must be activated first in your account by purchasing the Gifting Basic, Swag Pro, Engagement Suite, or Business Packages (previously known as Individual, Team, or Enterprise package).
