🔑 Who Can Filter and Manage Shared Shop Orders?
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to find shops and gift orders associated with other users in your Company Workspace.
Filtering: The OWNED BY filter lets you select one or more users to narrow the results.
Order management: Workspace owners and users with Full Access permissions can manage orders created by other users, subject to their access permissions.
Filter availability: The OWNED BY filter on the Shops page appears only when the shop contains gift orders created by multiple users.
Here is a Step-By-Step Guide on How To Filter Sent Gifts by Sender:
Navigate to the Shops Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to Shops
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Select Your Live Shop
On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.
🛍️ How to Filter Shops by Owner
Use this filter to find shops associated with specific users in your Company Workspace.
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
🎁 How to Filter Sent Gifts by Sender in a Shop
Use the OWNED BY filter in the Sent Gifts section to find gifts associated with specific users.
Follow these steps to filter sent gifts by a specific user:
Step 1: Open Sent Gifts 📤
Go to the SENT GIFTS tab
Step 2: Apply Sender Filter 🧩
Click the dropdown next to FILTER
In the filter modal, find the OWNED BY section
Select the user(s) you want to filter by.
You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific user.
If needed, you can also filter by order status to view orders with a specific status.
Step 3: Apply Filters ✅
Click APPLY FILTERS to update the results.
Once applied, only the sent gifts associated with the selected user(s) will be displayed 🎯
⚙️Manage Shop Gift Orders
Workspace owners, shop order owners, and users with Full Access permissions can manage orders created by other users, subject to their permissions.
From the Sent Gifts Dashboard, you can:
Expire the order ⏳
Download the order invoice 📄
Copy the invitation link 🔗
Add recipients to the order ➕
From the Order Details Page, you can:
✏️ Edit the Order Name – Rename your gift order for better tracking
💬 Edit Recipient Message – Update the message that recipients will see
📊 View Recipient Tracking – Check the status of gift redemptions
📍 Check Recipient Redemption Status – See which recipients have redeemed or not redeemed their gifts
🔗 Copy Invite Link or Download QR Code – Resend invitations to recipients
💌 Check and Manage Thank You Messages – View, edit, or disable thank-you messages
📄 Download the Invoice – Get a copy of your order invoice
📈 Download the Recipient Report – Access a report of all recipients and their redemption status
✅ Approve Recipient Orders (Magic Link & Priceless Shop only) – Review and approve recipient orders before they are processed
➕➖ Add or Remove Recipients – Modify your recipient list as needed
⏳ Expire the Order – Close the gift order if it’s no longer needed
