🔑 Can I Change or Upgrade My Stadium Pass?
You can change your Stadium Pass during onboarding by contacting your onboarding specialist. After onboarding ends, you cannot directly change your existing pass, but you can explore other packages and contact the sales team to discuss an upgrade.
The process depends on whether you are still in onboarding or have already completed it.
🔄 How Do I Change My Stadium Pass During Onboarding?
During onboarding, contact your onboarding specialist to request a change to your Stadium Pass. They will make the necessary adjustments to your account.
⚠️Important: Once onboarding ends, you can no longer change your existing Stadium Pass through the onboarding process. However, you can purchase a new pass at any time.
⬆️ How Do I Upgrade My Stadium Pass After Onboarding?
If you already have a paid Stadium Pass and want to unlock additional features, contact the Stadium sales team to discuss an upgrade and available pricing options.
You can reach the sales team through any of these entry points:
Account Settings: Click the TALK TO SALES button.
Locked features: Click a locked feature icon and look for the option to contact sales or view available packages.
Stadium Pricing Page: Visit the👉 Stadium Pricing Page and use the available contact options.
Book a Call: Complete the 👉 Book-A-Call form to schedule a discussion with the sales team.
🔒 How Do I View Available Stadium Passes From a Locked Feature?
You can explore available Stadium Passes by clicking a locked feature icon in your Stadium account. There are two ways to access the available packages.
🧭 Option 1: From the Sidebar Navigation
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Access Locked Features
In the sidebar menu, click on any features with a "
/ lock icon " to view all Stadium Passes
🛍️ Option 2: From a Feature Page
For those features that are only accessible by purchasing a specific Stadium Pass, you will find these ICONS (
). See sample screenshots below.
Hover over the icons and click View Packages, or click the icon directly.

Initiate Purchase
After clicking on the (
) icons, a pop-up window will appear showing your current Stadium Pass.
Check the features available on other Stadium Passes to identify which one
If you wish to upgrade, click the BOOK A DEMO button and fill out the form to book your session if you want to discuss the features with our sales team and request custom pricing.
If you need to change your pass in the future, simply follow these steps again to select a new Stadium Pass
