Need to expire an automation's order? Use the Automation Dashboard or the order details page to locate and expire an automated gift order.
Steps to Expire Your Automated Order
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automations" to go to your automated gifting page.
Select the Automation You Want to Edit
Locate the automation you want to update.
Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.
🔍Filter Automations by Owner (For Company Workspace Users):
If you have permission to access and manage Automated Gifting, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Automations created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Expire Specific Orders
There are two ways to initiate the expiration of an order in your automation.
Option 1: Expire the order via the Automation Dashboard
Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
Click on the drop-down arrow in the order's section for more options to appear.
Click on EXPIRE ORDER
Option 2: Download the Invoice via the Order Details Page
Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
Click on the order number to go to the order details page.
From the Order Details page, click on the three dots (...) to show more options.
Click on Download Invoice(s).
Confirm Your Action
Confirm your action to expire the order by clicking on the YES, EXPIRE ORDER button.
Order Status Update
On the Order details page, you will see a confirmation message after the expiration.
The status will also change to EXPIRED.
You're all set! Your automation's order has successfully expired.
