Before connecting a custom domain to your Stadium Shop, purchase a domain from a third-party domain provider.

Keep your domain details available for the setup process.
🧑💻Prepare Your IT Team
Your IT team may need to configure your domain or subdomain to connect it to your Stadium Shop.

If you've already purchased your domain, follow these step-by-step instructions to customize it for your shop:

If you haven't created your shop yet, follow the steps in this article: 👉 How to Create a Stadium Shop.
To find and copy your existing shop URL:
Open your Stadium Shop dashboard.
Select SETTINGS.
Open LINK & PRIVACY.
Find the Shop Link and select the copy icon to copy the URL.
Keep this URL ready for your domain request.
📝 Submit Your Custom Domain Request
Fill out the domain request form 👉[here], including your shop's URL.
Include your Stadium Shop URL and provide accurate information to help prevent delays.
You can also access the form from your shop dashboard:Open your shop and select SETTINGS.
Select CUSTOMIZATIONS.
Select ADD DOMAIN.
Complete and submit the request form
📩 Complete the Domain Configuration
After you submit the request, the Stadium team will review it. Once it has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the required certificates and instructions for configuring your custom domain.
Follow the instructions provided and coordinate with your IT team to complete the setup.
⏱️ How Long Does Custom Domain Setup Take?
Processing time: Typically 4 to 5 business days.
Configuration window: The original instructions state that you have 12 hours to implement the domain changes after receiving your credentials.
Check the instructions in your confirmation email and coordinate with your IT team so the changes can be completed within the required timeframe.
