Archiving a branded swag collection is an important task for keeping your dashboard up-to-date and organized. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of archiving collections.

Step-by-step guide on How to Archive a Collection from Your My Swag Page
📂 Access Saved Designs
Navigate to Your Swag Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Swag page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Access SAVED DESIGNS
Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a swag collection, bulk order, and requested swag mock-ups.
🔎Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

🗄️ Archive a Swag Collection
Once you’ve found the collection you want to archive:
Click the three dots (...) next to the collection.
Select Archive Collection.
Confirm Archiving
A pop-up will appear; click "YES, ARCHIVE COLLECTION."
After confirmation, a message will show saying "Success! CXXXXXXXXX has been archived successfully."
Check Archived Collections
You can view the archived collection under the "ARCHIVED" tab.
♻️ Restore an Archived Collection
If you need to use an archived collection again, you can restore it at any time.
To restore, click the three dots (...) next to the archived collection.
Select "Restore Collection."
A confirmation will appear once the swag collection is restored.
You're all set! You have now archived the collection and organized your design dashboard.
