Begin by visiting the Stadium website at https://www.bystadium.com/ and logging in to your account using your credentials.

After logging in, locate the drop-down menu next to your name on the Stadium homepage. Click on the drop-down icon to reveal a list of options.

From the list, select "Account Settings" to proceed to the settings page.

Within the Account Settings page, you'll find various tabs and sections related to your account preferences. Look for the "Email Preferences" tab and click on it to access the email notification settings.

Once you're in the Email Preferences section, you'll see a list of different email categories or types of notifications that you can adjust. Take a moment to review each option and decide which emails you'd like to receive and turn off.

You can change the frequency of some emails/notifications to either Daily, Every 3 days, or Weekly.

To unsubscribe from specific types of emails, simply uncheck the boxes next to the corresponding categories. This will prevent Stadium from sending you notifications related to those categories in the future.

After making your selections, don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the "SAVE CHANGES" button located at the bottom of the page. This ensures that your updated preferences are applied to your account.
