Order permissions in Company Workspace define how users can create, manage, and track orders, gift orders, and recipient order tracking. This guide explains access levels for personal Workspace users, Workspace owners, admins, senders, and members. Understanding these permissions ensures the right people have access to the correct order management tools while streamlining gift distribution, tracking, and reporting across the Workspace.

Order Permissions for Personal Workspace
In a Personal Workspace, users can create and manage their own orders, sent gift orders, and track recipients, but all access is limited to orders created in the Personal Workspace.
Own Orders
Can view and manage their own orders or Myself orders.
Swag Catalog Orders
Can view and manage their own swag orders.
Sent Gifts
Can create, view, and manage their own sent gift orders.
Recipients Order Tracking
Can view and manage all recipient order trackings across the personal Workspace.
Limitations
Personal Workspace users do not have access to shared orders permissions. Advanced features require a company Workspace.

Order Permissions for Company Workspace Owners
The Company Workspace owners have full control over their own orders, all gift orders, and recipient tracking across the Workspace.
Own Orders
Can view and manage their own orders or Myself Orders.
Swag Catalog Orders
Can create and manage their own swag catalog orders.
Can view and manage all swag orders created by other users (except draft/incomplete orders) across the Workspace.
Sent Gifts
Can create their gift orders from their shop or other shops created by other users in the company Workspace.
Can view and manage all sent gift orders (except draft/incomplete orders) across the Workspace.
Recipients Order Tracking
Can view and manage all recipient order trackings across the company Workspace.
Limitations
Owners can not see incomplete sent gift orders created by other users in the company Workspace.
Order Permissions for Company Workspace Admins with Custom Permissions
Admins with 'custom permissions' for Shops and Shop Orders have similar access to Workspace Owners for orders they manage.
Own Orders
Can view and manage their own orders or Myself Orders.
Swag Catalog Orders
Can create and manage their own swag catalog orders.
Can view and manage all swag orders created by other users (except draft/incomplete orders) across the Workspace.
Sent Gifts
Can view and manage all sent gift orders (except draft/incomplete orders) across the Workspace.
Recipients Order Tracking
Can view and manage all recipient order tracking across the Workspace
Limitations
Admins with 'custom permissions' can not see incomplete sent gift orders created by other users in the company Workspace.
Order Permissions for Company Workspace Admins with Default Permissions
Admins with 'default permissions' can manage their own orders and can view and manage sent gift orders and recipient tracking for their own orders. They can also access and manage orders created by others only if they have been granted Full Access to the shared shop or orders created by other users in their Kit.

Can view and manage their own orders or Myself Orders
Swag Catalog Orders
Can create and manage their own swag catalog orders.
Sent Gifts
Can view and manage sent gift orders on shops shared with them if they have 'Full Access.'
Can view and manage sent gift orders created by owners or admins with custom permissions on the Kits they created
Recipient's Order Tracking
Can view and manage the recipient orders they sent
Can view recipient tracking for their own shops
Can view and manage sent gift orders on the shops shared with them (except drafts/incomplete orders) if they have a 'Full Access' in the shared shop.
Can view and manage sent gift orders created by other users (e.g., owner or admin with 'custom permissions') on the Kits they created.
Limitations
Cannot view or manage sent gift orders on shared shops if they have a 'Limited Access' on that shop.
Cannot see incomplete sent gift orders created by other users in the company Workspace.
Order Permissions for Company Workspace Senders
Senders can manage their own orders, sent gift orders, and recipient tracking.
Own Orders
Can view and manage their own shop orders
Swag Catalog Orders
Can create and manage their own swag catalog orders.
Sent Gifts
Can create sent gift orders from their shop and shared shops
Can view and manage only the sent gift orders they created
Recipients Order Tracking
Can view and manage recipient tracking only for gift orders they created
Limitations
Cannot view or manage orders on shops, kits, swag catalog, and recipient orders not created by them.
Order Permissions for Company Workspace Members
Members can redeem gifts and view redeemed orders, but cannot create or manage Shops or Kits orders. They can still send Stadium Points via Quick Recognize.
Own Orders
Can view and manage their own redeemed orders
Swag Catalog Orders
Members do not have access to place swag catalog orders
Sent Gifts
Can view sent gifts for Quick Recognition orders only
Recipient Order Tracking
Not available
Limitations
Members cannot create, manage, or view orders created by other users in the company Workspace
Cannot send gifts or track recipient orders for the shop and kits order
