The Automated Gifting feature is not available in a personal Workspace.

Automated Gifting Permissions for Company Workspace Owners
Company Workspace owners have full control over all automations, automated gift orders, and integrations across the Workspace.
Automations
Can create and manage their own automations and automated gift orders.
Can view and manage all automations created by other users in the company Workspace.
Integrations
Can set up integrations with other platforms, such as CRM or HRIS systems, directly from the Settings page
Can add integrations to their automations

Integrations are available only during your free trial or with a paid Stadium Package that includes the integration feature.

Limitations
Owners cannot view automations created by other users while they are in draft state.
Automated Gifting Permissions for Company Workspace Admins with Custom Permissions
Admins with 'custom permissions' for Automated Gifting can view and manage all Automations across the Workspace, similar to Workspace owners.

Can create and manage their own automations and automated gift orders
Can view and manage all automations created by other users in the company Workspace
Integrations
Can set up integrations with other platforms, such as CRM or HRIS systems, directly from the Settings page
Can add integrations to their automations
