Wondering what happens to unused or unredeemed shop points or credits when a gift order is closed or expires? Here’s everything you need to know.
✅ If the recipient has already redeemed the points or credits
If the recipient redeems their gift before it expires, the points or credits are safely added to their account.
Once redeemed via the email invitation link, the points or credits are permanently saved to the recipient’s account.
The recipient can use them anytime at their convenience, as long as the shop is still active.
🔄 If the Shop Is Closed or the Order Has Expired
What happens next depends on the type of gift and how it was issued:
Redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits:
If the shop closes, redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits are automatically converted into Stadium Points, which can be used for future purchases.

Any unredeemed points or credits will be returned to the Gift Sender as Stadium Points.
