Would you like to discover more options for your Kudos Program? You have the flexibility to modify your Redemption Shop and redeem a variety of items.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change the Redemption Shop in your Kudos Program
Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.
Access the Recognition Program Dashboard
On the Recognition Program page, choose the program you want to modify.
Modify Redemption Shop
Navigate to the settings by selecting the gear icon
Proceed to the Redemption Shop and select the CHANGE SHOP option.
Find the desired store and then proceed by clicking on "SELECT SHOP".
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation upon successful completion, and you should then see the updated page displaying the new redemption shop.
Congratulations! You've successfully changed the redemption shop of your Kudos Program.
