Do you require a copy of your automation summary or an automation invoice? Follow the steps below to find your automation and download its summary from the Automations page.
Step-by-Step Guide on How to Download the Invoice/Summary of Your Automation
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automations" to go to your automated gifting page.
Select the Automation You Want to Edit
Locate the automation you want to update.
Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.
⚠️Important Note:
Only live and inactive automations will have a summary available.
🔍Filter Automations by Owner (For Company Workspace Users):
If you have permission to access and manage Automated Gifting, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Automations created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Download Automation's Summary/Invoice
You can download an automation summary in either of two ways.
Option 1: Download From the Automations List
To obtain the invoice for a specific automation, click the three dots next to the automation and select "Download Summary."
Option 2: Download From the Automation Dashboard
Click on the automation for which you need an invoice.
Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.
Once selected, click the three dots on the right side and click on "Download Summary."
