Need a copy of your order receipt? Find your order in Stadium and download its receipt or invoice using the steps below.
🧾 Step-by-Step Guide on How to Download Your Order Receipt
Navigate to the Orders Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Orders page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
Download Your Receipt
Identify or search for the specific order for which you need the receipt from the list.
Look for a drop-down button or an arrow icon located at the right corner of the order details. Click on it to reveal additional options.
Among the additional options displayed, click on "DOWNLOAD INVOICE" to download your order receipt.
Depending on your account settings, you may encounter three different options for downloading the receipt.

Option 1 - Self-Orders:
Option 2 - Swag Catalog Orders:
Option 3- Sent Gifts Orders:
Shop and Kit Gift Orders
For gifts sent through a shop or kit, you can choose to download either:
A summary of all transactions associated with the shop or kit order.
A specific transaction within that shop or kit order.
💾 Save or Print Your Receipt
After downloading the receipt or invoice, save the file for your records. You can also print it if you need a physical copy.
