How to Identify the Source of a Stadium Gift Invitation Email

Learn how to identify Stadium gift invitation emails, recognize the sender's email address, and find the link to redeem your Shop Points or Shop Credits.

If you're expecting a Stadium gift invitation, check who sent the email to find your gift and start the redemption process. Your invitation may come directly from your gift sender or from Stadium's automated email system.

📨 Who Sends the Stadium Gift Invitation Email?

Stadium gift invitation emails can come from two sources, depending on how the gift organizer sends the invitation.

✉️ Option 1: Directly From the Gift Sender

  • If the gift organizer sends the invitation personally outside Stadium's automated email system, the email will come directly from their email address.

  • The sender may be someone from your company or team, such as your manager, HR representative, or team leader.

🤖 Option 2: Automatically From Stadium

  • If the gift organizer uses Stadium's automated email feature, the invitation will come from this email address: [email protected]

  • Check your inbox for an email from this address. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder.

🎁 What Should I Do After Receiving the Invitation Email?

Once you receive the gift invitation, open the email and click the link inside to redeem your Stadium Shop Points or Shop Credits.
