If you've received a Stadium invitation link or QR code for Shop Points or Shop Credits, follow these steps to redeem your gift and start shopping.
Steps to Redeem Your Points or Credits via Invitation Link or QR Code
🔗 Step 1: Open Your Invitation Link or Scan the QR Code
You can start redeeming your Shop Points or Shop Credits using the direct invitation link or QR code provided by your gift sender.
Invitation link: Copy the link and paste it into your web browser. Google Chrome is recommended.
QR code: Open your mobile phone's camera or QR code reader and scan the code to open the invitation link.
⚠️ Step 2: Check Your Email Address
Your browser may automatically use an email address saved on your device. If that address differs from the email associated with your gift, you may receive an error stating that your email isn't linked to the gift. This can happen with gifts that use a Restricted Link.
To avoid or resolve this issue:
Make sure your browser is using the email address associated with the gift.
If you're using a mobile phone and receive an email mismatch error, try opening the invitation link on a laptop or desktop computer.
🔐 Step 3: Enter Your Details and Sign In
After opening the invitation link or scanning the QR code, you'll be directed to the redemption page.
Enter the email address associated with your gift.
Select the country you are located in.
Click REDEEM POINTS.
Make sure the email address matches the one associated with the gift.
Next, follow the appropriate option:
If you don't have a Stadium account: Follow the prompts to create an account.
If you already have a Stadium account: Log in using your existing credentials.
💌 Step 4: Send a Thank-You Message (Optional)
You can send a thank-you message to the person who sent you the gift.
Enter your message.
Click PREVIEW MESSAGE to review it.
Click SEND to send your message.
If you don't want to send a message, click SKIP to continue.
🛍️ Step 5: Access Your Shop and View Your Points
After redeeming your gift, you'll be taken to the shop menu page, where you can browse items available for purchase using your Shop Points or Shop Credits
To check your available balance:
Click the dropdown arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
Find the Points in this shop section to view the gifted points available for that shop.
❓ Can't Find Your Invitation Email?
If you can't locate your invitation email, you can redeem your points manually through the Stadium Shops Dashboard.
