Received an invitation email with Shop Points or Shop Credits? Follow these steps to redeem your gift, sign in to Stadium, and start shopping.
Steps to Redeem Your Points or Credits via Invitation Email
š©Step 1: Find Your Invitation Email
Check your email inbox for the Stadium invitation containing your Shop Points or Shop Credits. The email includes a link to redeem your gift.
š Step 2: Click REDEEM POINTS
In the email, find the prominently labeled button that says REDEEM POINTS. Click on this button to proceed.
ā ļø Redeeming on a Mobile Device
If you're using a mobile phone, your browser may automatically use an email address saved on your device. If that address differs from the email associated with your gift, you may receive an error.

To avoid this issue:
Make sure your browser is using the email address associated with the gift.
If you receive an error stating that your email isn't linked to the gift, try opening the redemption link on a laptop or desktop computer. This can occur with gifts that use a Restricted Link.
š Step 3: Enter Your Details and Sign In
You'll be directed to a new page. Enter your email address and select your country of origin. After completing this, click REDEEM POINTS. Ensure that the email address you enter matches the one where you received the invitation email
Next, follow the appropriate option:
If you don't have a Stadium account: Follow the prompts to create an account.
If you already have a Stadium account: Log in using your existing credentials.
š Step 4: Send a Thank-You Message (Optional)
You can send a thank-you message to the person who sent you the gift.
āEnter your message.
Click PREVIEW MESSAGE to review it.
Click SEND to send your message.
If you don't want to send a message, click SKIP to continue.

šļø Step 5: Access Your Shop and View Your Points
After redeeming your gift, you'll be taken to the shop menu page, where you can browse items available for purchase using your Shop Points or Shop Credits.

To check your available balance:
Click the dropdown arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.
Find the Points in this shop section to view the gifted points available for that shop.
ā Can't Find Your Invitation Email?
If you can't locate your invitation email, you can redeem your points manually through the Stadium Shops Dashboard.
