Go to your Home Page. Locate the Received Gifts section. From here, you can access the shops where you’ve received gifts.

If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dots menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.

Choose a shop from your list of received gifts.

If you haven't redeemed the gift yet, click the REDEEM button to redeem your points and access the shop catalog. If you do not wish to use the gifted points for this shop, you can change the payment method later to Wallet.

If you have already used your points in the shop but want to purchase again, click the Continue Shopping button to access the shop catalog again.

Scroll down on your Home page to see the Pinned Shops section.

By default, you will see the STADIUM GIFT SHOP pinned in this section in both the Personal Workspace and Company Workspace. However, please note that the pinned shop can be changed if requested by the Workspace owner.

Select a shop from the Pinned Shops section and click the View Shop button to access the shop catalog.

Browse the shop catalog and add your desired items to your cart. Whether it's delectable snacks, exclusive swag, or eGift Cards, you'll find something special to treat yourself or others.

With your chosen item in your cart, proceed to checkout.

If you want to add more items, you can close the small pop-up and click BACK TO ALL PRODUCTS to go back to the menu.

Once you're done choosing items, click on the bag icon to proceed to the checkout page.

On the My Bag page, under "MY STADIUM FUNDS," click the drop-down arrow under "Wallet".

Select the Wallet where the funds are located. For the User Default Workspace Wallet, it usually has your name on it.

Once done, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Set up your shipping address.

Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.

Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Choose your preferred pass duration:

Click on the pass duration you want. Your selected option will be highlighted.

Click “ADD PASS” to add Stadium Perks to your order.

Continue with checkout to complete your purchase.

If you don't want to add it, simply click “SKIP” and continue with your order.

At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options.

Under MY STADIUM FUNDS, click the drop-down arrow under "Wallet to show options.

Select the Wallet where the funds are located. For the User Default Workspace Wallet, it usually has your name on it.

Scroll down and add a billing note for reference on your invoice.

Click ADD.

Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
