☰ Access Your Shop Order
Navigate to the Shops Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to Shops
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Select Your Live Shop
On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.
🔍Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users):
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Access the Sent Gifts Tab
From your shop's dashboard, navigate to SENT GIFTS.

If you have permission to access and manage shared shop orders, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view orders created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the shop contains gift orders created by multiple users.

Go to the Order Details Page
Within the selected shop, find the "SENT GIFTS" area.
Click on "VIEW ORDER" for the particular order you wish to modify.
Open 'Thank You Message' Settings
In the upper right-hand corner, click the three dots and then select Thank You Message Settings.

Enable Thank You Messages Recipient Prompt
By default, the Thank You Message prompt is automatically disabled for recipients after order creation.
On the settings page, check the Show thank you message prompt to recipients box to enable the prompt.
Confirmation
Once done, a confirmation message will show, and the settings will be updated.
Disable Thank You Messages Recipient Prompt
Repeat the steps in the "Access Your Shop Order" section to go to your Thank You Message Settings.
On the Settings page, uncheck the box labeled:
“Show thank you message prompt to recipients” to disable the prompt.Once done, a confirmation message will show, and the settings will be updated

By default, the Thank You Message Email Notifications are automatically enabled after order creation.

View Thank You Messages
There are two ways to access the Thank You Messages in your Shop order.
Option 1: Open via Message Icon
On the order details page, click on the message icon
Option 2: Open via 'Thank you message' Settings
In the upper right-hand corner, click the three dots and then select Thank You Message Settings.
On the Settings page, click on the View Messages option found in the right corner.
Filter Orders
In the FILTER BY box, click the drop-down arrow to show the orders with Thank You Messages.
Select the order you’d like to view.
Download Thank You Messages
On the Thank You Messages page, scroll through the messages from your recipients.
To download the messages, click on the DOWNLOAD button.
