Redeem your Shop Points or Shop Credits directly from your Stadium account without searching for the invitation email. Follow the steps below to access your received gifts, complete redemption, and start shopping.

Steps in Redeeming Shop Points or Shop Credits through the Stadium Website:

Log in to your Stadium account and go to your Home page.

Find the Received Gifts section to view shops where you have received gifts.

If you have multiple gifts, click the three-dot menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see the full list. ​

🎟️ Step 2: Select and Redeem Your Points or Credits

Find the shop gift containing the Shop Points or Shop Credits you want to redeem.

- Find the shop gift containing the Shop Points or Shop Credits you want to redeem.
- Click REDEEM next to the gift.

You will be redirected to the gift's redemption page.

🔑 Step 3: Enter Your Redemption Details

Enter the email address associated with the gift.

- Click REDEEM POINTS.

Make sure you enter the email address associated with the gift to avoid redemption issues.

💌 Step 4: Send a Thank-You Message (Optional)

You can send a thank-you message to the person who sent you the gift. ​

- Enter your message.
- Click PREVIEW MESSAGE to review it.
- Click SEND to send your message.

If you don't want to send a message, click SKIP to continue. ​

After redeeming your gift, you'll be taken to the shop menu page, where you can browse items available for purchase using your Shop Points or Shop Credits. ​
